Using Children for Begging, abduction and wrongful detention, using children for pornography, corporal punishment, intimidation, intoxication..are all considered as a biG sin and undoubtedly, should be hanged
There is always a posiibility that the punishment to death penalty can make prosecution difficult.
"In cases where Children are concerned there is always a possibility that the accused will use everything in their power to intimidate the child, maim him/her or even kill to destroy eveidence" a social activist said.

hmm by hanging i think we will be giving them simple death, they won't be able to know how much pain did the children feel when they were made to do all those things, i believe on tit for tat in such kind of cases :)
